I've read up a lot on hatching but have only just seen the thread on here about it. It says that bantams hatch 3 days earlier...eek! It's day 20 for us & one's only now starting to emerge. Which is correct for future hatchings, stop turning them on day 15 or 18? Thanks, sb

Me too, day 18, sometimes I forget to stop turning at all, they still hatch just fine - I had six chicks that hatched this morning with turning still on and eggs held upright by rods - I need to start using a calender

I'm of the opinion that stopping turning too early will cause more problems than too late
