New hens not going into Eglu Go Up

Well I've just been dragged in from the garden after getting carried away trying to finish the run It's looking pretty amazing even if I do say so myself I'm quietly confident that I will get it finished tomorrow now, barring any unforseen circumstances. The run has been more of a labour of love than the chickens so far, I'm really quite proud of myself. I'm glad I stuck with it and went for a full height run rather than cutting it short for the sake of next door, I'll really appreciate that in the winter!

 

The bloke up the street is married to a friend of mine who has agreed to look after the chooks when I'm on holiday so I don't think she would take much persuading

Henrietta doesnt look too happy though, she is rather hunched, her tail is down and her eyes closed... I wouldnt choose her personally but it could just be the pic, the other two look fighting fit though

to be honest I did think about that after I looked at the picture, will see what she is like tomorrow when I pick them up, at the time it just looked like she'd gone to sleep

just seen this (sorry still finding my way round the site) yes they came home on Tuesday and no I picked a new Henrietta, definitely made the right choice, think H#2 will be the boss too!
