Aunty e
My OH has been away for two weeks, and when he came back on sunday he brought me CHICKENS! We got a cream legbar (so little and pretty), a cuckoo maran and a welsummer, now called Polly, Florrie and Queenie. Then we went to see Magamamma to pick up her lovely pekins (and ogle her lovely family and house) and got three ickle cuties, Feathers and two starlets we can't tell apart, but when we can they'll be Lillian (Gish) and Gladys (Smith aka Mary Pickford). The six nebwies have formed an unholy alliance and our old girls are clucking furiously from under the cube as the newbies patrol by the food. Very funny, and Queenie has already laid an egg! Anyway, I can't promise pictures for a bit, as I'm never home during daylight but I'll get the camera out this weekend...

Jill
Hi Magamamma I have a sussex hybrid and had a speckledy and they are both gorgeous. I really want a bluebelle. Where are you getting yours from? I don't live far from Leatherhead. In fact I got my sussex and warren from a breeder near Leatherhead. Fetcham I think.

Guest
All my husband ever came home with was empty pockets and a request to "borrow" him some money (he knew the grammar drove me nuts!). You are so lucky - can't wait to see piccies of your new girls!
