Lesley Posted May 31, 2007 Share Posted May 31, 2007 Emma - you'll need to mash the icing sugar into the butter with a fork and then use an electric mixer to make it light and fluffy (or lots of beating with a wooden spoon!) add half a teaspoon of milk if it seems too stiff.
