percy049
My mum was checking on Laura, a light sussex hybrid this morning, to make sure she wasnt broody, as her wings were all floppy. my mum picked her up, and laura took a couple of heavy breathes, and out came an egg smashed on the gravel! its either my mum or our hens.... my mum stayed with our bluebelle when she laid her first egg, and whilst talking to her in the nest box, she heard a clunk and saw that an egg had appeared that wasnt there before! surfer_chicken
I was feeding mine treats once and Tango clearly found the treats more exciting than her need to lay as she did one at my feet.
