Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

I currently use Hemcore for the base of my run. I'm starting to think it probably needs changing for some new.

 

How frequently does everyone else change theirs?

I use Aubiose which is very similar and change it roughly every 6 weeks.

We had about 6 bales of Rapport in our run, so as you can imagine it was quite deep. I do poo pick daily, so it's never got bad in there but when we took it all out at the weekend to give the whole run, Eglu and Cube a deep clean we worked out it was the first time we'd emptied it all in nearly a whole year

 

We now just have one bale in there and out intention is to keep it to a more manageable depth so that we can clean it out more frequently

We use Hemcore and change about every 6-8 weeks, my OH rakes it over every couple of weeks too.

4 to 6 weeks here as well.

Did it all on Monday, spent 3 hours cleaning and the little darlings pooed everywhere, so blooming annoying, they dont realise how nice it looks if they dont

I have Hemcore at the moment as that was all I could get but I have been using Bedsoft which I like. I dont have a set time to change it really I just change as and when I think it needs it and when I have the time
