Well I've been out in the garden this morning tidying up and getting things straight for the girls. I've just got to put the Hardwood Woodchip in the run and I think that's me done for now

 

This will be their new home

That looks lovely, I'm sure they'll be really happy when they come home!

 

Just also had to mention about the leaves too, mine have been going nuts over the leaves which fall from the trees in our graden, they've been bathing in them, throwing them, racing round with them in their beaks, it has been hilarious to watch, there's been some rows over 'that's my leaf!' type of things.

This is my first eglu but I've kept chickens before. Had various hybrids, a Light Sussex and 3 Rhode Island Red girls (not all at the same time as I don't have the room) but this will be the first time I've kept Bantams. I can't wait to get them; from everything I've read about Aussie Bantams and from the photos from the Breeder, they just look beautiful
