Cinnamon
I happened upon Meahs curry sauces at the Henley Farmers market a few weeks back, & was so impressed that I bought a Dopiaza one, even though I usually make my own curries. We had it with some diced shoulder of lamb a couple of weeks ago & it was just amazing So I went back last week, got another Doop, -plus a Dhansack & a Rogan....they keep in the fridge for months & are freezable too. I am not usually one for sauces like this, but they are so good,& so authentic that I thought I must spread the word I have the freezer full of diced Lamb shoulder too now as it was in the 3 for £10 deal,& gives a great flavour if cooked low & slow My veggie daughter loves them as they are, heated up & poured onto Pilau rice too. C&T
We have a lady at our local farmers market, who makes a lot of really REALLy good curry sauces as well. So much flavour! She also makes pickles and things too. And her samosas... They are amazing!! They are really handy to have in the cupboard for left over veg or roast. Mind you, her idea of mild is more similar to my idea of hot... Can't wait till I stop breast feeding and can eat curries again.... Neither can OH! The Dogmother
Interesting... there's a stall like that at our local farmers' market. Like you, I usually make my own, but I'll try one after your success.
craftyhunnypie
Ooo thanks - I love curry! I normally buy the Spice Entice kits, with all the spice sachets in. These sound yummy. Emma.x

The Dogmother
Nor me. I couldn't stand it when I was pregnant but couldn't wait to get back to eating it once I'd given birth.
C&T
I envy you both! Just one feed a day now - which will soon be bottle. Then Curries, and brassicas gallore! I can't wait for a plate of broccolli!
