tara Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 We brought a cute a few weeks ago ,we had some problems with it ,called Omlet asking for a replacment I'm having a man out from Omlet to not only bring a new one but even put it together , omlets customer service are brilliant no other word for em were else do you get that most if not all other places you have to argue on the phone and be on hold and talk to lots of different people. ! Purplemaniacs Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 Another pat on the back for Omlet from me, I bought grandchildren a Beware of the Guinea Pig sign as in the past they and DD had bought me various chicken and ex batt versions. When they were puting it on the hutch it exploded, I rang Omlet and a replacement was quickly sent. It is good to find some excellent customer service.
