clucker1
Did anyone see the chicken race today on CBBC? It was held in a Derbyshire village and looked really fun. Does anyone of the omletteers go to it or enter their girls in it? I have found this link on you i player http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/cbbc/episode/b00zfzxd/All_Over_the_Place_Series_1_Episode_10/ It is around the 22 minute mark and is definitely worth a watch. Can we start this as a county championship competition? Looks great hentertainment. Perhaps it could be introduced to village fetes etc. What do other omletters think? Or am I the only mad one? Duncan08
Brilliant. If I raced mine I would get a double glazed door handle. Mine come running from all directions as soon as they hear the back door go
The Dogmother
Strangely I didn't see any white stars! Obviously not trained like mine - I just shake the corn pot and they all come running
clucker1
I am going to suggest to our my son's primary school who have chickens they include a race at the school summer fair. Then we could also bring our chickens too if allowed to. Going to have races at home...could even get Olympic circles for the girls to hop through ie like hoop las.
