Wolfie
Live mealworms The hens will walk to heel like a collie when I'm carrying their little white cups with the mealworms in. One ex-bat doesn't like mealworms - I'm sure she's vegetarian .....
kinsk
Definitly meal worms. My original 3 ex-batts would come and knock on the back door for them! My Kidnapped three will appear like missiles out of nowhere if they hear the tub rattled, and they are working wonders at getting/bribing my 6 new welsummers to like me. The new ones are only young and aren't really used to anything other than pellets and mixed corn, but all the others love hot weetabix (made with water not milk), cooked brocolli is another favourite.
