keyhole kate
DH had a day off today I almost keeled over when he agreed to my suggestion to visit Thornes and and The Barn Poultry Centre just to have a look of course especially as I thought we should take the cat box just in case we went to Thornes first but they didn't have anything that took my fancy and Barns prices were outrageous £30 per bird for a light Sussex £40 per bird for a laced dotted £60 per bird for a Buff Orp we came home empty handed I have some pekins under a broody if the hatch goes well I will hatch some l/f next
AJuff
Oh my! That's outrageous! I paid £10 for buff orp hatching eggs and have three beautiful week old chicks now. Wing feathers suggest all girls too!!! It's more exciting hatching your own and saves a packet too!!
scubababe
how much I'm you're going to hatch your own. I'm a woose and wouldn't be able to cope with cockerels
