williamspencer98
Sadly Prudence our beautiful Hampshire Red hen died this evening. She was amazing, with only 2 months and 2 days with her in my garden, its been amazing. Her feathers grew back and made her look even more gorgeous, but I reckon it was gapeworm that got my girly She kept extending her neck and opening her beak to breath (this was only 2/3hours before her death). What does everybody think? RIP Pru x

angeluk69
Sorry to hear about Prudence, and hugs to you One of mine had similar symptoms, and was off colour for a couple of weeks (I got my girls from MMF Welford too, so made sure I informed them when my Coral passed on). I had only had her for 6 weeks and 1 day
