I'm looking for some easy to do jam recipes or a recipe for lemon curd or even any chutneys that can be made quickly in the microwave. Rather than standing over a jam pan for ages and it probably turning to hard boiled sweets!!!! I used to have some microwave recipes but I don't know what I've done with them! Hope someone can help.
