Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Finally managed to take some pics of my new chicken house and run:

It's a Solway mini hen coop with a wooden run attached. I still love the eglu and cube but thought I would try something different this time. I know the washing line is in the most ridiculous position but having the house here means I can see the chicks from the house!

Here are my favourites, the Pekins (but don't tell the Silkies that):

Peace has broken out after the introductions and they are loving the new dust bath a put in which I made out of an old washing up bowl

That looks really nice! I thought about the solway coops but have to admit to being girly and liking the colours of the Omlet houses better

 

Your pekins are beautiful, gorgeous colours, I might have to add them to my list of must haves!

I like the look of a couple of these houses but not the runs, think it looks great how you've attached it to that run though!

Lovely set up - I think these Solway Mini coops offer excellent value for money. I have one on long legs so that the chickens can still use the space underneath.

 

But yes I also prefer the colour/shape of the Eglus.
