Fish4Dogs Sea Jerky Twists on BOGOF

Recommended Posts

I will warn you that the 2kg fish jerky just comes loose in a plastic bag in a cardboard box - so you WILL need to store them somewhere where the smell won't bother you! And where your dog can't get to them - I had mine stored in the wardrobe in the spare room, hubby left the door open  and I heard a funny noise, came upstairs to find Tango had gone in the spare room, opened the wardrobe, scratched the box open and was merrily chomping her way through the fish sticks!

Oh my. They have arrived today and I clearly had no concept of how many I would get on a BOGOF

I have one small dog and more fish sticks than her. So much for trying raw food we maybe moving to a seafood diet! And as for keeping them in the garage I think our 4 cats would hunt that box in a minute

What a bargain though

Perhaps a friend will split them with you.

Try her on more fish; mine love anything fishy; they have a wee bit of fish kibble with their raw meat in the morning, and they absolutely go mad for a tin of pilchards in tomato sauce which is their Friday treat. When they stayed with LBB I warned her about it and she had to laugh at Cyrus dancing the Irish jig whilst singing like the Soup Dragon when she got a tin out :lol:

What a lovely image.

She loves fish. She has had these sticks before and the squares. I gave her my salmon skin the other night too. She did also eat eventually half a chicken wing hand fed by me. I stopped when she swallowed a knuckle size end, just in case but DH has not mentioned adverse affects the other end, so will try again soon! Sorry mixed thread I know

Don't  we had a putrid rabbit episode this evening :vom: Cyrus paused in his ragging of it only to roll on it

We drove back with all the windows open.

Anyway, I digress.

That's so funny, we had the exact same incident yesterday :vom::vom: (the rolling and the eating and open windows and everything) which I was just about to post about in support of best before dates not being necessary for dogs

The other dog owners I was walking with were not impressed as Tango wiped her aroma all over their dogs too!

 Does this mean that there is no sell by date on them.

There is a date printed on the box. The ones I just have say December 2013.

Sounds like a great deal then. I did wonder if they were trying to offload a load of out of date/short dated stock. :)

No, they just do regular deals; if you sign up for their newsletter then you get to hear about them but the deal isn't available for long.

LBB and I went halves on 2kg of the 'bones' type chews, because they are quite light that means that you get masses. My two love them and get one each per day; it's good to know that they are getting something good rather than just rawhide.
