I've got part way through the form but it's stumped me

I'm down to about 1 a week but I'm not very friendly to them. most of the ones I get can't even be bothered to use a good clear phone line so they get hung up on then I hang up on the one's I can't understand or hear very well do that a few times they soon get the idea

Definitely do it yourself, it takes 5 mins. I did it and got quite a lot of money back, which was mainly interest for a 10 year period. Don't let a company take a huge part of what is owed to you.

One of the cheapest i can find are Joshua Brooks 20% in fees, i don't think it too unreasonable when it is money i wouldn't of had so won't actually miss 20% nor do i want to do all the writting to the banks or paying to get past details from them . Let someone else do it.....but over 30% fees is a lot . Gosh i'll be talking myself into it before i have even hunted out old papers hidden away for prosperity.

(my daughter says that if the credit cards have your original agreement on file then they can jolly well give you it all back from day one, and not the last 5 yrs or so......she does have a point.)
