My £350 bargain of the day! looks new, no fading etc at all!!

 

 

I have a few niggley teething problems like:

the archway in the middle not sitting right,

the run bars not lining up

the rain cover oddly being too long???

and the top slidy roof popping up if pushed back too far and tricky to get back in...

But as you can see my 3 little bantams have a mansion to play in!!

They havent actually worked out theres a ladder yet!

 

 

Soooooooo...... what do you think!!??!

Yay I love it!!!! I have a green cube (hubby wouldn't go for purple )

 

Just a couple of tips.....your banties may struggle with the glug as it maybe too high for them to dip in to. I use a regular drinker for mine.

 

I had trouble with my pekin gang and the ladder!!!! I ended up covering it with stiff garden mesh (from homebase) and cable ties. I also have a small log at the bottom of the ladder.

 

Try your rain cover the other way..it might fit better?

Thanks Mimi great advice! yes I did wonder about the glug.... I filled it to the brim!! will order a regular one!!

Goot tip re the ladder too!! Ill try a log and some mesh.. I could add one of my hutch ramps I'm not using as longer and probably easier for them!

Ye my hubby wasnt too impressed by purple but recognised the bargain and the necessity to buy!! lol!

That does look good. I'm sure your ladies will be very happy

 

I have a purple cube and a few years later and I still looks good, still a lovely bright purple.

I'm currently on day 8 of incubating 13 bantam Orpington's and everyone I talk to tells me to use a rabbit ladder fixed to the cube ladder for the bantams.

Yep definitely a bargain!!! I paid full price for mine.....hubby has never quite gotten over it!!!

That is a fantastic bargain

Just one thing, is it lilac ? only it looks just like mine - but then I did have an eye test that said I was colour blind

It's purple, but the sun is shining on it so looks lilacy I think it will fade pretty quick as its in the sun

Mine is the same and has always had a couple of niggles, but nothing that's a real problem.

 

I use a clear tarpaulin (market stall one from Ebay) on my elongated run and it works very well.
