I hope so I have just bought one from them :-D

 

So far the service I have had is brilliant they phoned me to say when it would arrive, it came yesterday and it looks ok.

 

hmmmmm now to assemble it that will be a weekend job once I work out if I need to prep a base or something ??

I would say the base is everything. A good, flat, well laid, base will mean there's no movement in the frame of your WIR once constructed. This is key to the whole thing staying good and square. If it moves, then doors will start to 'stick' and joints will weaken, reducing the lifetime of your WIR.
