Charlottechicken
I've just been given these, hardly worn too My friend's 11 year old daughter has now outgrown them and they fit me! Trying to figure out if that makes them hand me ups
The Dogmother
Whatever they are, they are right up your street Claire! We have a pair of DMs which have travelled a bit... I bought them from the Doc Shop for Rosie, they are black suede with black patent zebra stripes on. Madam decided that she didn't like them, so I offered them to my sister, who had them for about a year. I can't recall the reason, but they ended up back with us, and Rosie now wears them much more! I only paid £20 for them (new) in the first place
chickencam
They look huge, maybe just me because I have tiny feet.
The Dogmother
Me too Liz. DMs always look huuuuge; I take a 2.5-3 and even mine look big.

Bramble
These are DEFINITELY HAND ME UPS!!!! A phrase we've used in my family since my brother was able to pass on some of his clothes and shoes to my Grandpa as bro continued to grow!! My nephews are now reaching a stage where some of their stuff will fit me soon (so I've put myself down for some of their stuff)!!! I'm too old to get away with most of it, but t-shirts, jackets, gilets etc I've got a chance with!!
The Dogmother
I have some of Rosie's hand-me-ups she's 15!
Alis girls
i love ES's hoodies and tend to nab them before YS can. My favourite is a blue Top shop one all the teens wear with white piping.
Charlottechicken
Oh good, hand-me-ups it is then For the record, they are a size 4. My friend's daughter has rather long feet for her size. She is tiny, and skinny, much smaller than me and I'm 5' 4". I'm 48 now, is it wrong to be wearing 11 year old's clothes Oh hasn't seen them on me yet, although he teaches guitar to my friend's daughter so may have seen the boots before. I can guess he won't like them on me!
chickencam
The important thing is that you like them on you. I am also a size 4 and only know one other person with feet my size, I thought that I was small but DM you beat me there, I was a size 3 before children, used to get shoes in the sales easily, not so easy now. I can still wear size 3 sketchers trainers though. I have only ever managed to have my clothes pinched by my teenagers, nothing has come back the other way.
