Dizzys pal Posted January 30, 2014 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Yesterday morning at 09.30. No worse for wear for their journey, straight into the food. By 10.10a.m I was the proud owner of 3 Ginger Rangers and 1 egg. Let them settle in for the day in their run. Had to go to work last night at 18.00 and they had no interest in going into the Eglu so used the torch trick through the side hatch. 1st chicken in, then 2nd in, 1st out then 3rd chicken in, 2nd chicken out, after a bit of persuading onto the bars of 3rd chicken the other 2 followed and all safely tucked up for the night. Let them out this morning, 2 more eggs. Now I've got 2 chickens pecking on the Eglu door (kind of a drum beat) and the other 1 pecking the rythum on the feeder so as I haven't named them yet I think they're going to be Rock Chicks.
