Solitary chicken - need advice

It's been through a few interior decor changes over the years but I gave it a really good clean out the other day (powerwashing all the cobwebs etc away!) and thought I'd take a few photos while it was looking its best .

Gosh is it really eight years? In that case I must have had mine for seven or so, because you were quite an inspiration to me ANH and I copied your idea for a 'stable' door, which has been a godsend.

 

I've repainted mine once with wood preserver, some of the wood has cracked a bit - yours looks as good as new. Bet you wouldn't be without one noe!

Yours was one of the WIRs that inspired us too, I think ours must be about 5 years old, we too have a stable door, actually two as we extended ours.
