Purplemaniacs
.... this morning from the new ex batts. I can not believe how excited I am. After 7 years of chicken keeping the excitment does not seem to wear off. It was in the eglu, not the nest box but where the bars would be but I have removed those for a bit to let them setle in and get stronger. No idea who laid it as they were all in the eglu as they do not seem keen on coming out this morning . Chrissie

Purplemaniacs
Thanks all. The B team are now getting the hang of it, most days two eggs and occasionally three eggs. They are now laying in the nest box too . The only problem with them is they can't get the going to bed idea but that is another story.
