clucker1
Anyone have any recommendations for saucepans etc for an induction hob please. Hob now fitted in new kitchen, decided on induction at last minute due to gas hobs having k"Ooops, word censored!"s in the wrong place, now need to change my saucepans. Quite keen on clear lids and nonstick though I don't think nonstick does too well in the dishwasher .....I like making scrambled egg, sauces on the hob, I'm not a microwave cook so I think a non stick pan will be beneficial. Also need a new roasting dish, poached egg pan....frying pans and casseroles are all le creuset so they work on induction I am pleased to say. Cat tails
If I would have to buy new right now, I would do these: click! Don't know how they perform, but really like the look and they look very practical.
Beantree
We've recently bought a TVS (Italian) frying pan which is used on an infa-red hob but is sold as being suitable for induction. The non-stick coating is a spotty grey and white colour but the non-stick performs incredibly well; far better than anything we've had before. The tiniest amount of oil is all that is required to keep food sliding about.
