buddoggy
Hi There,I am looking to upgrade the housing for my bantams....five Sablepoots and three pekins. I have a wooden coop at the minute but having the garden done and was looking at the Cubes, will one of these be too big do you think ? I know the Eglu and the Go will be too small.Any thoughts anyone?
mollyripkim
Definitely don't think it will be too big, I have two cubes split between 18 bantams. I love them as they are so easy to keep clean.
Daphne
No, its not big....its wonderfully sized if you need to expand and if you don't then your birds will thank you for providing a roomy environment which is good for their health
chuckmum6
It is a perfect size, even some room to squeeze a couple more!!!
Luvachicken
I love mine and have 5 pekins and a buff plymouth rock in it. They all seem very happy. It's the only chicken house I've ever had and would go for one if I was choosing again.
sparkysmum
Hi I have a cube and an eglu at opposite ends of the garden. In the summer they all live in the cube and in the winter they all squash into the eglu. So until recently I have had 4 large hens and 3 banties all squash into the eglu I have to say I do love the cube and eglu. Perfect hen housing . Casey76
Nope definitely not too big - if you feel they are rattling around in a Cube well... add more chickens! (not that I'm enabling anyone in their chicken addiction, honest )
