Sarahchook
Hi all ive been having problems with one of my ex batts for a couple of weeks now. We worm and ivermectin regularly, I’ve bren to the vets twice who thought it was lice and gave me more ivermectin. I’ve tried switching their food to a more protein rich one and giving extra protein based treats. They have been plenty of grit altho I struggle to get them to eat the actual grit. I tried calcium in their water but they didn’t like it. I’ve stipped giving them most other treats. Any ideas? She’s ok in herself but looks so sore and is a bit skinny. It’s getting worse and I’m worried. There’s only her and another girl and they get along. They aren’t laying either.

Cat tails
On the back, it almost looks like a sunburn. But a sunburn on her behind is a bit odd...
Sarahchook
I know it looks so sore ☹️ She seems ok but you know what they are like they don’t show it TIL they are on their last legs. I really hope this cream helps otherwise I’m out of ideas and the vet seems stumped too 😕
The Dogmother
The red skin is normal in exposed chicken skin, especially in the hot and sunny weather. The skin is just too fine to have any protection; slather on some Sudocreme, that will help. What are the other symptoms?
