Ursula123 Posted March 24, 2020 Author Share Posted March 24, 2020 My neighbour has been informed by the powers that be here in France that if his dog gets out again and attacks anything then the dog will be destroyed, apparently it has attacked another neighbours chooks but was seen off by their dog. Police are therefore unable to chase the guy for the money owed. The police told her tough - only 5 of them and need to focus on more important things!
