Lesley
Good job I never did get round to writing that article on the Eglu for Downsizer when asked last year
Guest
Coo they would have marmalised you Lesley. I couldn't get Kate's link to work, but it was probably the one where I saw her on the downsizer forum - she is plugging her chickens everywhere and her friends coops. I was so tempted to change my name and respond to her advertising , butter wouldn't melt in me mouth topic - buy asking if the rusting currougate iron in the background of the otherwise gorgeous photo, was one of the coops she raves about. Yes I was joking, I want to see my overdue grandson grow up to be a fine young man and give me great grandsons.
Lesley
- tempting though isn't it? I'd have been alright on Downsizer if I'd written it when first asked, but life got in the way a bit last December ( ) She's a recent member so she wouldn't have been around then How long before she is asked to leave another forum? SarahJo? - we need the odds?
SarahJo
Are you asking me for betting advice Lesley ..... shame on you ....... , reckon she's a 4-3 Favourite for getting booted out of anywhere . Oh, by the way, any omleteer want to marry me ......
Louise
Last time I looked there was already a Mr Sarahjo anything you want to tell us
SarahJo
No Louise ... the thread on R.Cottage re. the horrible woman, had her mentioning we should marry each other, and compared us to a closed society like the mormons. . Graham is still around ......... don't panic (someone needs to earn the money to pay for the new kitchen and windows ).
Louise
Ahhhh I see that makes more sense then I would rather be in a closed society like ours than live in her world we at least have the freedom to form our own opinions and express them without a tirade of abuse
SarahJo
Quite right Louise ... was thinking of you earlier , as just got my delivery of Lorne Sausage, Haggis, Beef Olives and Stornoway Black Pudding . Mrs Frugal
Me three. Haven't had Lorne Sausage since we were in the Highlands. Mmmmm!
SarahJo
OOhhhhhh I am a "Chicken Addict" now. The details are McCallums Butchers 01764 662128 or web address, www.bestbeef.co.uk I find phoning my order is better, as I am used to Lbs and Ounces, and order full lengths of square sausage/black pudding unsliced. Just check when they dispatch your order too, as it will arrive the next day .. and you really need to be around for delivery due to the nature of the parcel. Beef Olives ..... 1-2 per person (size guide). They will pack in quantities you want .. so you can just throw it straight in the freezer. £10 delivery .. free if over £75 .. so ask neighbours and relatives if they want anything too and cut the cost. SarahJo
Forgot to mention .... the sausage etc is really nice .. I have ordered 3 yrs in a row now, and used to work in a really good butchers when a student ( so am picky when it comes to quality ) .
