How difficult would it be to move a large walk in run to fresh ground regularly?

I would think you'd need an adult on each corner to move it but I wouldn't want to myself. You'd end up with square patches all over the lawn and it can become very muddy depending on the weather.

I would keep it on a permanent site with a slabbed base if possible :)

We used to move our runs and coops to new grass every week; leave it any longer and it starts to go bare. The front of the run was lifted onto a pair of wheels and then the back picked up and pushed or pulled by two people. The ground was completely flat and it was still a lot of effort. We don't move the runs any more.
