Joojoo Posted October 20, 2007 Share Posted October 20, 2007 Hi I've just bought a slow cooker and I'm thinking of trying it out with with a nice piece of silverside. Does anyone have any tips for time and what else to put in with it. I've only ever roasted beef before so not really sure what I can do with a slow cooker. Also, the instructions just say high setting for 7-8 hours (this is not specific to any particular meat or ingredient. Does the work for everything? Any ideas would be gratefully received.
