Kikid Posted August 14, 2021 Share Posted August 14, 2021 My Chicken has been fine till yesterday. She looked wobbly and her comb was down. They are handled daily as they are pets so I picked her up to find her stomach bloated and puffy. I massaged it and gave her drops of apple cider water. She eventually brought up yellow bile and from ends. No solid poo. She's a little more alert today and her crop is flatter but I can still feel some grains. She is drinking on her own if I encourage her but she's really off her food. Her balance is better . Any ideas what else I can do. Thank you. Cat tails Posted August 17, 2021 Share Posted August 17, 2021 Hi! It’s difficult to say as some of these symptoms could mean several things. A bloated abdomen could mean things like an infection of the ovaries. A bloated crop could point to sour crop. When unsure, I would really contact a vet.
