The Markets are still there in St. Anns square & St. Alberts square. Egluntyne
And for me! Will you buy another of those little blue jugs?
craftyhunnypie
Oh yes! Hubby has already put in his order for a little blue jug!!!! Mum wants one too. We're going mainly for my mums sake, as she wants some German foodie bits & some last minute bits for me & my sisters Santa sacks. I have had some Christmas money off my friend & my Father in law - so will buy something nice with it. I'd like a jumper & some nice trousers or a skirt from Per Una - love their stuff! I will of course have another choccy fruit kebab too! If my sister was with us, we'd be going on that ice skating rink too! he he Emma.x

craftyhunnypie
because I'd have ended up with a wet patch on my trousers from falling over!!!! Used to go ice skating with the children when I was a nanny in Austria, but I used to hold on tightly to their hands and we sort of went round the rink in a sort of mexican wave fashion! Would have been worth a laugh tho ! Emma.x

Muppet81
Wow ! Sounds like a great day. All those bargains too. I do wish we could buy really good "street food" all the year round in this country. I remember the cheese dish from last year. Wonderful on a cold day. No one must mention this, as Martin may look at the thread but I have to admit to sneaking back on Monday morning to buy him a cockrel mug to go with my chicken mug. How Howard and Hilda is that What a shame about the mugs. I think it just means that we need to meet up again next year to do a repeat run. Happy Christmas all
Muppet81
PS Did you come up with any inspired ideas for the snow? I think I will just have to create a snowstorm in the lounge on Christmas Eve and scatter it everywhere. I will then moan for days when I have to clear it up Pam x
craftyhunnypie
I thought about putting some in a vase & sticking a few twigs of twisted willow in the vase with some mini baubles on. Or putting a bit of the snow around my pot plants - god knows what else. Jst throw it around like you I think! Emma.x
