I prefer the cream cheese topping as well - buttercream would be too sweet.

Sorry Lesley, just re-read that and it comes across a bit rude :oops: I was referring to your legendary sweet tooth. I find buttercream icing too cloying.

 

Just made the last of the whacky cupcakes (from the freezer) into Easter cakes... iced nest and mini eggs on top!
