Goosey Lucy Posted January 13, 2008 Share Posted January 13, 2008 Just bumping this up, the Coventry Ikea has been open since December 16 and despite all prophecies of doom and gridlock on the roads, it's all been very cicilised so far. So the offer still stands, if anyone is up/down/over this way and fancies a cuppa in an untidy, unvacuumed, undusted house with the smeariest windows around (due to excessive amount of time spent on this forum), you're more than welcome to drop in for a cuppa! Guest Posted January 13, 2008 Share Posted January 13, 2008 Actually we have recently made a complaint to Ikea When we took out an Ikea card it came with the promise of "free cup of tea or coffee for life" This was from the restaurant or the snack bar by the exit. Now they don't give you free tea and coffee on an Ikea card because "we give it on the family card instead" BUT only from the restaurant and ONLY on weekdays!
