Ain't Nobody Here
I'm interested to know if I can expect eggs over the winter from Molly but can't find out if she's a hybrid or not.

Ain't Nobody Here
I'm so stupid. I've got my chooks mixed up again . I did that at the beginning too after confusion over what the farmer said but sorted it out with help from someone on here . Molly isn't the RIR, she's the Pied Suffolk. So that means my RIR started laying on Tuesday. Hopefully Molly will start up again soon as she's a hybrid.

chocchick
Pure breed, but one of the highest laying varieties and involved in crosses for a lot of hybrids. My RIR Abbie decided to start moulting yesterday Silly hen, rather late in the year to start! Mine has given up on eggs. We've been egg-less since Monday (hybrid egg).
