Egluntyne
I bought a fabulous book this morning (for Him Indoors to give me as a stocking filler after I have wrapped it for him!) It is called "A Year of Family Recipes" and is by Lesley Wild of Betty's Tea Rooms fame. I heard her talking about it on the radio the other week and have been on the look out for it ever since. She must be a closet Omleteer. There are recipes for: Limoncello Sloe Gin Crab Apple and Quince Jelly Grilled Raclette (One for Muppet81) There is even Aubergine Parmiagna which is very similar to Claret's Parmiagna de Melanzane. It really is a super book. If you get some book tokens for Christmas you could do worse than spend them on this.
