little chickadee
Hurrah . They taste soooo much better than anything you can buy. You'll be amazed how good really fresh eggs are when you poach them. The white just clings together - no jellyfish impressions at all! Eyren
I like mine scrambled, with a little k"Ooops, word censored!" of butter and just a touch of pepper (the Tesco "rainbow pepper" grinder has a nice delicate flavour that doesn't overwhelm the eggs) - they're amazingly yellow and fluffy, absolutely delicious! Of course it takes three of mine to make a reasonable portion
Ain't Nobody Here
Congratulations . Nothing quite like the first egg, except the second, and third, and fourth, and so on and so on .
