Scotty
I wanted to share this with you, We received our chickens (ex-bats) on the 15th of March. We were all very nervous, would they be ok?, would our cats eat them?, would they eat the cats? Would they settle? gosh so many questions and all our friends thought we were mad! But today we have turned a page! - they have been roaming around the garden, jumping on the flower beds, Sitting with the cats!, walking into the kitchen to say "hi" joining me in my office and sitting quietly while I run my training sessions and basically having a wonderful time. They allow me to pick them up and stroke and cuddle them, they followed me around the garden and go crazy when we offer them treats. How amazing and how quickly they have adapted to their new life. We've been hunting for the eggs today and I've collected 5 beautiful brown eggs! how marvellous this all is! - So Not so mad after all I feel!!!!
