Snowy
Gorgeous horsey pics! Vasco is a stunner Paola! And Rhapsody, I love your chestnut's pink nose - he is a lovely looker too, in fact they all are! Please do keep boring me with horsey talk so I can reminisce I haven't ridden for over 5 years now One day I'll get back to it

Rhapsody
Just got back from a lovely hack with a friend on my two fab geldings. Sun out, birds singing and ponies perfect even when a bonkers dog tried to play with them. You cant beat it folks!
Paola
I am yet to ride my boy out We currently spend all our time in the school. I had a lovely lesson this morning but thought that it would have been perfect for riding out What sort of bridal is your pony wearing Rhapsody? I cannot see a bit
chickenlass
Your section D is lovely Rhapsody... Is it a Hackamore your riding him in?
Rhapsody
Thank you ladies....the Welshman gets ridden in a hackamore (I now have a loverly matching breastplate) with a bit he will hollow brace and run, despite regular dentistry, his bars are huuge and really fleshy. We're both much happier with the hackamore. He is also barefoot and ridden in a treeless saddle Can you hear the sound of non-horsey folk snoring? Chickenlass your pone looks so gorgeous in that photo! Ps That pic of me is horrendous, I am wearing my oldest scrottiest gear I'm never clean and tidy! Mel (& Paul)
Paul and I started to learn to ride just over two years ago and now have two horses - a New Forest and a Conamara - Murphy and Winston! Just got back from feeding and grooming them and there is not much better than see them cantering back across the field to all their mates at the end! I had a bad fall last April and had six months of physio on my back - but that didnt stop me getting back in the saddle! The the predictable thing about horses is their unpredictability

chelsea
The the predictable thing about horses is their unpredictability I agree. Horses scare me I was bitten on the neck by a racehorse when I was 9. I love seeing everyone's photos though
Tessa the Duchess
I agree. Horses scare me I was bitten on the neck by a racehorse when I was 9. Horses scare me too I was kicked on the shin by one when I was younger. I think they are beautiful animals though, just from a safe distance Tessa
