Recommended Posts

Just tried the cherry tomatoe cut into pieces, they went mad over the seeds first then pecked the rest and finished it off. Rosie and Matilda were chasing Pecky round the garden as she had some in her beak!! Oh well will let you know tomorrow if we get any come back dodgy poos etc  I love giving them new things, so interesting and funny to watch, a bit like weaning eh

Cool will have to try that one. I bet nice and refreshing for them on a warm summers day!

Ours were just waiting for us by the back door looking through the window, so so funny as though to say "well are you coming out to play?, what have you got for us?". We opened the door and they come in the conservatory, ermm, don't want poos on rug!!:lol: They are the best pet for entertainment!

Mine will not eat Greens or any sort of veg really, however they go mad for fruit grapes, pears (they love, all time fav), apple, raisins and nuts. Tomatoe is another fav food. When I have a few which are getting a bit 'old' for us I chuck them in the run, they are gone really fast!

I was gardening today, and found three worms, they had huge fights over the poor things, all normal I know!

I tend to bowl tomatoes out of the patio door and watch the hens 'fly' after them.

I gave them a bruised large tom yesterday and have just seen a rather disgusting poo with pink nastiness in which I'm hoping is just undigested tomato skin (they had flubenvet a couple of weeks ago so don't think it's worms)
