Blackrocksrock
If you want to have the greatest fun - give them spaghetti - its hilarious - they pinch it off one another = get it on their backs etc and run round and round and I laughed so much. I should have had the camera but it would not have done justice to it.

ajm200
It is hilarious, isn't it. We feed the spaghetti a few bits at a time and they get loads of exercise chasing each other. We've found that scooping the seeds out a of melon so that they are still connected by the fibres and feeding strings of them to the chickens has a similar effect. chili pepper
I often over estimate the amount of tagliatelli I cook but the chooks love it. They do run around with the others in hot pursuit it does make us laugh too!!

Egluntyne
They love it! It is hysterical to watch them trying to avoid each other, with trails of it dangling from their beaks.
Guest
Oh = I did that yesterday - hilarious! Louise
Laura & CTB
I love the way that when you give them a plate of spaghetti it stays on the plate for about two seconds before it's flung all over the garden
Pookylover
I gave them some egg noodles yesterday. It was much the same but they do prefer pasta twists so far so I will try spaghetti *adds spaghetti to her lsit for Asda today*. Mine weren't too keen on rice though but they do love kale and broccoli. Not too fussed with sweetcorn either and I stocked up after reading that everyones go mad for it! Blackrocksrock
Worth feeding singly as its much more fun than in a plate!!!!!!
Mutrix Farmers
Spagetti bolognese for supper tonight then. I've been trying different treats since we got the girls (only 2 days ago - don't worry anybody I leave it until late afternoon to ensure they eat proper food first). Only tried fruit and veg so far!
