TAJ Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 Any ideas for receipes that use egg yolks? - my lot are loving meringues made from my surplus eggs, but that leaves the yolks - I add the extra yolks into scrambled eggs, or an extra one in a quiche, or use in a batch of homemade mayonnaise, but I am running out of ideas. Mrs Frugal Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 There's a nice recipe for biscuits made with egg yolks instead of whole eggs and they are lovely - recipe here or you could add some whole eggs and make lemon curd as that requires 4 whole eggs and 4 yolks.
