4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

I know this is going to sound like a really silly thing, but I planted herbs last year, and put labels on to remember exactly what they were (I know the main ones I use, but I'm not so familiar with all of them), but obviously my kids moved my labels...

 

So, would anyone please let me know if they know what this is?? I think it might be marjoram, but that's guess work, not knowledge...

Actually Poet that was my first thought too... looks just like mint... it is growing right next to our mint though, so I know it's not mint, and as you say it doesn't smell/taste like it...

It does look a bit like a weed, but I'm sure I planted something there...

Could be some kind of oregano then... I'm sure I planted some, but some herbs have taken over some others...

Lemon Balm?

It will have a very distinct lemon smell when you crush the leafs if it is

Lemon Balm has more serrated leaves......

 

If it doesn't smell of mint then it is likely to be Marjoram or Oregano.....

Lemon balm has a serrated edge to the leaf (so does mint), at least mine did before it died in direct sunlight

 

It could be oregano Ziggy It does look a bit like your link.

It does look like my Oregano bush. If you rub it's leaves is it reminisent of a pizza topping?

Most herbs will smell strongly, if there's no scent it's probably a weed.

It does have a smell when rubbing the leaves... not lemony smell, but what i'd think is a herby smell...

 

It's good to know it does look like somebody's oregano bush... wouldn't want to cook using weeds!!

I think it could be a big variety of something like marjoram or oregano, I have a few varieties, this is the nearest.

Could it be Bergamot? It looks just like a Bergamot plant I bought a few years ago but killed. I think Bergamot has pinky red tubular flowers . It isn't lemon balm (leaves are a limey yellow green with serated edges.

OK, maybe not Bergamot - these pictures show that bergomat have leaf pairs going up stem, whereas your plant has extra leafs in the major leaf joints

Thanks everyone... I think myself, OH and relatives have currently decided that it's some kind of Oregano...

Not absolutely sure, but best guess so far...
