Not only has my newest ex-batt, Mma Ramotswe, learned to perch on the fence....

 

but she can do it one-legged..... :roll:

Fabulous pictures :D Have you had them long and if so how well featherd were they. Five of mine still have lots of feathers to grow back and Edna who was really well feathered has just gone into moult! Can see me having part baldies until next year at this rate-lol

I have two who were quiet well feathered - we collect from a farm in Norfolk where the birds are (for batteries) in quite good condition..

 

I have another (from the same farm) who is a bit more scraggy - I haven't seen her on the fence yet, but boy is she fast!!
