Day 1 in the Big Chicken Eglu......

Recommended Posts

With less than 12 hours till the doors open to the Big Chicken Eglu 2006, the country is beside itself with excitement.

Are the rumours true - have the designers made an 'inside out' eglu, with the nesting box outside, and the peanuts inside?

How many hens will be entering this year?

Will there be moonlight, and music and songs and romance.....?

Can you really fit a cow into the big Eglu run????!

Find out later, when the househens are revealed in

Hubby is getting me tickets for Tom Jones for my birthday so I am a very lucky lady (in the losest terms) and really shouldn't push my luck!

Ooooh - Thalia - thats a man who can sweat

I won 2 tickets for £10 at our School Auction of Promises a few years ago (bargain or what?) & it was one of the best £5 I have ever spent.

It was a GREAT gig ,& my goodness that man can belt out a tune 8)

Hmm, Tom Jones - not my bag, but then neither is Big Brother. Always found paint drying far more enthralling. So the next however many weeks will be a kind of private hell as I will have to listen to normally sane, sensible friends wittering on about thei or that housemate, while all the time I plot and scheme how to wipe all these non-entities (the housemates, not the friends) out of the media once and for all.

the things that really gets me about these programmes is the way we are all subjected to these personality-bypassed, talentless cretins for months and in some cases years afterwards.

Bah. Big Brother, burn in Hell!
