I've been moaning on here in various places that it looks more and more like our friend who is looking after the chickens will get the first egg while we're away. I got back from a friend's house this afternoon to see DD2 running out of the door telling me that they'd just found this... We only have those old-fashioned scales, so not sure exactly how much it weighs, but it's between 35 and 40g so I think about 37g We're going to make a weeny little omlette with it so we can all have a bit of it On another note, here's a photo of DD1 with some corn in a bowl in her lap: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My kids are *totally* free range DD2 (blondie!) won't let us brush her wild, curly hair and only just let me clean the food from round her mouth for the photo.
