Grovefarm Posted July 19, 2008 Share Posted July 19, 2008 Thanks to the very kind cinnamon seeing a cube in action so to speak I've just put a purple one on order. I was pretty convinced before seeing one in the flesh. So when the cube turns up I'll have that an eglu and a wooden hen house mum bought for me on my 30th birthday last year. mum left me some money which I have used to buy it with, i'm sure she would approve as she was facinated with my chickens. I have a cube and I think it is the easiest to move and clean and I definately wouldn't part with it. I have seven girls in it and when I look in the top they have a lot of room but they all snuggle up together in the corner. Makes me think I have room for more but I am resisting. I must say im a little shocked and disappointed that it would take a month and a half to get the item delivered, but still I do want one so I suppose I'll have to wait! Finally made a decision and husband phoned this morning to ask if it would be a problem to change the colour of my cube, and more importantly would it affect the delivery date? He was told no problem, they have them in stock and the delay is to do with the number a courier can deliver in a day - maximum of 6. Therefore I can change my colour (to a purple one yaaay!) and it will still be delivered on 5th September. As husband says, it seems a strange way to do business.
