That's what it said on the news but I don't really understand how you can be let out on bail if you aren't charged with anything Who can really say what happened apart from those involved. alih Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 you can bailed by the police while they gather more evidence or investigate further - he will be bailed to a certain date to go back to the police station and then will either be charged if they have enough evidence or told he won't be charged at all.
