Hellcat
Me of course! I wouldnt waste good choccy on those little ingrates! Actually I am making a trifle for pud tonight. A family fave and as they won't eat anything else in this heat... just add ice cream! Crammed with raspberries and strawberries as well, so I can stop panicking about their 5 a day... Infact, I still have my moments with the sleep deprivation....ugh Everyday gets a little better though..... It's never too hot for a cuddle from his forum Aunties

Popcorn
It's a really awful time isn't it? Should be the best time, but being a first time Mummy is really a very anxious time and such an emotional roller coaster. I'm on week 7 now and things are so different, it's amazing what a difference a few weeks can make. The best advice I can give her is to go with the baby's flow for 6 weeks and not worry about routines or doing the 'right' thing or listening to too much advice from people (good willing as it is) Plently of time for that. The Dogmother
I think she just needs a bit of 'me time' to have a shower, wash her hair and sleep. She's been expressing, so I'll bottle up some milk and take wee Oliver for a walk to give her space. Bless him, her OH just doesn't think to do it. I have friends like you who came in just to wash up, put some washing on and make me a sandwich. These things make such a huge difference. Guest
I tought of you, they chose Oliver James, I like it although her OH keeps shortening it to OJ - brings to mind a certain unsavoury character Owen often gets called OJ, sometimes OJ-PoJay ( I know he'll kill us for that when he's 18), and he gets really annoyed, because when he was born we had 2 cats OJ and Simpson (we were given them when a friend moved, we didn't name them), and he always thinks he's been jamed for the cat. The Dogmother
Rosie really hates being called Piglet When she was born, she was a big, chubby baby who made guzzling, oinky noises when she fed - the name stuck, but she still answers to it.
