mollymo
Was really weird today i had a meeting at work and we had to all introduce ourselves. One lady said she kept hens so afterwards i told her about my eglu i ordered. She said she was selling hers as moving abroad so she said i could have the whole set up for £150.00. I have already ordered here online and feel awful, can i cancel order? I will buy food off egly though and extras.
Olly
Yes I'm darn sure you can cancel - and don't feel bad, Omlet have more orders than they can cope with at the moment and there's quite a delay on delivery for some areas - go for it. you lucky, lucky thing! Bite her hand off (and if you don't, then send me her phone no!) What colour is it?
mollymo
I have just emailed Omlet and suggested a franchise.
Mumpty
I'm sure they'll be fine, I've cancelled the run on my cube because my husband is building me a walk in run (nothing like Troy's though). They offer a full 30 day money back guarantee after it's been delivered so I'm sure they'll let you cancel before that. Like Olly said, give it a try and wow, you are lucky to have come across her. Egluntyne
Just check whether her Eglu is a Mark 1 or Mark 2. A Mark one is fine, just a little smaller, and still a bargain at £150, but it is best to be clear about what you are buying.
Hen Watch
Wow, what a good price, you should definately go for it. On Ebay you are looking at £250-300 second hand. As Egluntine says find out if it is a Mark I or Mark II as when you buy spares (like roosting bars etc) in Omlet shop you will need to know this. Look at the pictures on here for the difference. http://club.omlet.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12652
toastedblue
I have already ordered here online and feel awful, can i cancel order? you have 7 days from day of delivery to cancel, that's after it's delivered it's called the distance selling law and is part of your statutory rights I wouldn't worry about cancelling anyway, I'm sure the lucky person who gets theirs (yours) early will be chuffed
Ain't Nobody Here
I wouldn't feel too bad about it - you're saving a lot of money which you can spend on "essentials" for your girlies . I agree, find out which Mark it is though.
daj198
Well that sounds like a good day at work! Which breeds are you thinking of getting? Can I persuade you to get ex-battery hens?
mollymo
Hiya Daj Yes you can persuade me. I am definetly getting ex battery. They will have a home fit for queens. Last few years or months will certainly make up for there first horrible tragic existences.
